At Ashland Leather, we stand behind our handcrafted leather goods and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused items in their original condition. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with the patina and quality of your new wallet or accessory.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and certificates of authenticity are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the package back to our Chicago workshop.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the item for quality, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
