What makes Horween leather special?
We exclusively use leather from the world-famous Horween Leather Co. in Chicago. Their traditional tanning methods, including the legendary Shell Cordovan process, result in a durable product that develops a unique patina over time.
How long will it take to ship my order?
In-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. For made-to-order or custom items, please allow 2-4 weeks for our craftsmen to complete your piece before shipping.
Do you offer a lifetime guarantee?
Yes. We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your wallet or accessory ever experiences a failure in the stitching or construction under normal use, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all standard, non-customized products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
How do I care for my leather goods?
We recommend using a high-quality leather cream or balm once or twice a year if the leather starts to feel dry. For Shell Cordovan, a simple buffing with a soft cloth is usually all that is needed to restore its luster.
